In our series “History Showcase” we regularly offer on each last Thursday of the month a lecture concerning the topics of archaeology or city history. National and international experts from various disciplines present their current projects, research and results to the public, showing exclusive picture material and footage of their latest discoveries. This time, on July the 30th 2020, 6 pm, Kay-Peter Suchowa, archaeologist at the Archaeological Museum Hamburg will talk about “Of castles, churches and merchants – The excavations at the ‘Neue Burg'”.
