FAMILY PROGRAMME GUIDED TOUR
Man has always been mobile. He wandered. And he carried with him not only his products, but also his thoughts and ideas. On their travels, the people left their mark in the form of different economic practices, burial customs, fashion trends or creeds. Research into archaeological artefacts allows us to look at the developments of migratory movements over long periods of time. The walk through the exhibition shows the traces left by the various migration events in Northern Germany and presents the means of transport of different epochs.
