EVENT HOT STUFF SPECIAL EXHIBITION
The 31st of October is a new public holiday in Hamburg since last year as “Reformation Day”. This will be celebrated in the Archaeological Museum! On this day, the museum grants all guests free admission to the museum and the new special exhibition “hot stuff – Archeology of Everyday Life”. The exhibition starts on October 31, opening its doors just in time for the Reformation Day.
Discover the absolute must-haves of the last decades such as Walkman, Ghettoblaster and Co., which have already disappeared from our everyday life and are admired by children and adolescents as ‘Stone Age’ objects.
The archaeological permanent exhibition is also open to all visitors free of charge.
